Itineary
The beautiful journey to Himachal will commence from Mumbai. Assemble at Bandra railway station and Meet our Co-ordinates. Departure by Train no. 22451 Pune people will travel by Shivshahi bus to Borivali & then Board the train from Borivali.
Pickup from Chandigarh by afternoon by 2pm through private tempo. It’s time to witness change in scenario and feel snow capped mountains coming near us. Soon we reach Shimla - Queen of Himachal/Shogi. Check-in at our hotel (Dinner Included)
Today We’ll be passing through the beautiful towns of Narkanda & Sarahan before entering the spectacular Kinnaur Valley. Before entering Sangla 7500 feet, you might catch a glimpse of the famous Rakcham Meadows one of the most beautiful and romantic valleys, Sangla Valley also known as Baspa Valley.(Breakfast + Dinner Included)
Today we proceed to Chitkul - the last inhabited place in India before the Indo-Tibet border. Chitkul remains closed in winters.Before entering Kalpa at 7500 feet, you might catch a glimpse of the famous Kinner Kailash Peak while it’s covered in snow & Suicide Point at Kalpa. (Breakfast + Dinner Included).
Today we set off on the famous Hindustan-Tibet Highway, famed for its spectacular views and proximity to Tibet. We make our stop at Khab, the confluence of Spiti and Sutlej rivers which one/you can differentiate due to the colour of rivers. We then proceed to Nako, the last hamlet of Kinnaur district famous for its blue Lake & by evening we reach Kaza - the Headquarters of Spiti. (Overnight stay in Homestay at Kaza & Breakfast + Dinner Included).
We begin the day, with a drive to renowned Key Monastery. With over 1000 years’ worth stories to tell, situated at a height of 13,668 feet. Then we will move farther up the valley to the picturesque village of Kibber at 4205 meters. Lastly to Hikkim where we visit the world’s highest post office. (Overnight Stay at Kaza & Breakfast + Dinner Included)
We head to Chandratal Lake , 4,300 meters above sea level in the heart of high Himalayas and is a must see on a full moon night. It derives its name, “Chandra” (Moon) and “Taal” (Lake) from the crescent shape of the lake. (Overnight in Swiss Tents & B + D Included)
The last leg of this Expedition is here. We drive to the beautiful City of Manali with a bag of delightful memories and exciting stories to recount. Go out for a sight seeing in the pleasure evening. (Overnight in Hotel & B + D Included)
Checkout from Manali & we will take a stop for an adventurous river rafting in Kullu, Manali. Later we head towards Chandigarh for return Journey to home. (Breakfast included) Train no. 12450
Board the return Train at 2:40am from Chandigarh, Entire day journey in train with passing the time by chit chatting and playing cards and fun.

The trip offers basic facilities for food and accommodation, as Spiti Valley is an offbeat, rugged destination. This journey is all about embracing adventure and the raw beauty of the region, so please do not expect luxury.
- 1. BALANCE PAYMENT HAS TO CLEARED ATLEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TRIP. UPON FAILING TO PAY, YOUR REGISTERATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REFUND OR TRANSFER
- 2. In the event that the Chandratal route is closed, we will return via the following route: Kaza → Tabo → Shimla → Chandigarh. However, if the route to Chandrataal is open but camping at Chandratal Lake is not possible, we will proceed directly to Manali, where accommodations will be provided. Please be aware that any additional costs incurred due to these last-minute itinerary changes will be the responsibility of the participants.
- 3. Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Trekkers United won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
- 4. Swimming in the deep water is strictly prohibited.
- 5. Mobile connectivity is limited in the area
- 6. Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed.
- 7. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any such incidents.
- 8. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
- 9. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
- 10. If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be extra charge of 1500 per person & 90% guarantee of the confirmed Tatkal Tickets.
