There was a time when entering this hidden kingdom was beyond the reach of most travelers, except in the central part. Only those capable of trekking over high passes exceeding 5090 meters could access it. Your discovery journey begins in Manali, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas at an elevation of 2000 meters. It continues through the semi-desert valley of Lahaul and into Zanskar via the Shingo La Pass (5090 meters). Itineary

Report at Bus pickup point and get in the bus for overnight journey to Manali.

Arrive at Manali and drive to hotel. In the afternoon you’ll visit Manu Temple, Hadimba temple & Mall road. Return back to hotel for the night.

Start your journey early in the morning, cross Solang, Atal tunnel, Sissu, Jispa and Shikula pass which is the Gateway to Zanskar valley. Stop at Gombo Rangjon for lunch and drive continuously until you reach padam.  on arrival, explore the town by walk in the evening or rest, followed with Dinner & Stay.  

After breakfast, we'll begin our sightseeing tour, starting with Zangla Fort and Stongde Monastery, both located about 40 kilometers away. After visiting these attractions, we'll return to Padam town for lunch. In the afternoon, we'll visit Karsha Monastery, the largest monastery in the valley, and then spend some time at Sani Monastery, which is surrounded by a small lake. We'll return to town for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today is one of our most important day for visit. We have our early breakfast and drive to Purney and do a hike to phugtal Monastery. Return back to purney for lunch and drive further to Gombo rangjon. Here we stay in the camp in the domain of Gombo Mountain as known as Mahakal’s Mountain. Take the moment of capturing starry night with milkyway in the night.

Today we bid goodbye with unforgettable memories. After breakfast we ascend to shinkula pass again and drive toward Manali. It’ll be a drive of around 4-5hrs. our car will drop you at Manali Volvo stand directly for your further departure by bus to Delhi on an overnight journey,

  • Anything that is not mentioned in cost includes

  • 1. Guests will be directly responsible for their belonging

  • 2. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any such incidents.
  • 3. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
  • 4. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availibility without any prior notice to Participants.
  • 5. If there are at least 6 participants, a trip leader will accompany the group throughout the journey. Alternatively, if the number falls below 6, we’ll provide 24/7 online support, ensuring all bookings are taken care of, though a leader won’t be physically present. (Additional charges applicable if the number is less than 6)
